GAS Global Air Service was founded in Tettnang at Lake Constance in 2005 by the current managing director Michael Staggat. The company is situated in Friedrichshafen, known worldwide for its zeppelins and aeronautics.
The company quickly established a network of contacts worldwide and Global Air Service developed into the perfect service provider for many airlines & MRO´s. Well-known companies such as Lufthansa, Hawker Pacific, SR Technics or Goodrich Landing Gear Services are just some oftheir customers.
HBW Hunger & Blankenhorn merged with GAS after in mid 2009. Michael Staggat had also worked as Managing Director for HBW from 01.01.2009. also HBW’s primary business is the sale of bearings and seals for many industrial markets including Automobiles and Industrial Manufacturing.
